Job description
My Client is currently recruiting for aHR Officer 6 months Fixed Term Contractto join their HR department. Reporting into the Head of the HR working various HR projects, policies and procedures operating as a HR Generalist.
6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid working 2-3 days working from home per week
Parking on-site
Salary £37-45k dependant on experience
Main responsibilities:- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process - from job posting to offer letter, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and a fair and equal process is provided
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations and performance management
- Implement and administer a comprehensive compensation and benefit program that includes salary surveys, job evaluations and merit programs
- Support the development and implementation of employee training and development programs in support of the company's goals and objectives
Experience/qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related subject matter, or CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
- Significant generalist HR experience, including specific working knowledge of employee relations, recruitment and learning and development
- Empathetic, compassionate, and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to people at all levels of the organisation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
- Well organised with strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills
- Professional, discreet and solid understanding of the importance of confidentiality
