Events Executive – Term Time Only

Salary up to £32,000 FTE + Benefits

CV Screen is recruiting for an Events and Marketing Executive to join a leading organisation within the Education Sector. This role provides the opportunity to be part of an expanding, progressive and forward thinking educational establishment, and to be part of a friendly, supportive and talented staff team, committed to providing an excellent education for every child.

As a key member of our team, this Marketing role will be responsible for enhancing social media platforms and communication channels. You will also take the lead on all School events, working with relevant SLT members and departments.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• To support with the administration and organisation of all school events. 
• Leading dynamic Open Mornings, parent events, and working closely with the PTA.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, staff, and external partners to promote school events and initiatives.
• Attending events as required and to be a key point of contact. An element of flexibility in working hours may be required.
• To coordinate logistics for events, including catering and audio-visual requirements.
• To maintain and update website content to ensure it is well presented, up to date and accurate, in particular the pages relating to news and events.
• To assist with preparation of the bulletins/newsletter, prospectus, promotional video, photography and other marketing materials as required, including writing copy.
• Day to day management of school branded social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and report social media engagement.
• Contribute to the School’s marketing strategy, including the advertising strategy.

SALARY:

Salary up to £32,000 FTE

BENEFITS:

Pension Scheme, Health Care, On Site Parking and Free refreshments  HOURS: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – Term Time Only + 2 weeks LOCATION: Tonbridge / Kent With additional travel to another site in Sevenoaks as required.
