Job description
20 days off (excluding bank holidays), entry into the company pension scheme after 3 months, and a bi–annual performance–related bonus scheme, early finish on Fridays. Up to 16ph.
Are you a skilled welder fabricator looking to take your career to the next level? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced MIG TIG welder fabricators to join a reputable company based in Lancing, West Sussex.
As a welder fabricator, you will be working with a variety of materials including aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel. You will be responsible for fabricating components from tube and box sections to create high–quality products.
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in MIG TIG welding and fabrication. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to tight tolerances. Experience working with a variety of materials and the ability to read engineering drawings is essential.
In return for your skills and experience, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of up to 16ph. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team in a modern workshop environment. You will also benefit from a great work–life balance, with working hours from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, and the opportunity to leave early on Fridays at 3.00 pm.
