What you will do in your working day
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative
tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning documents, and
maintaining records. This includes organizing paperwork
and ensuring documents are properly archived and
accessible - Customer Service: Respond to inquiries via phone, email,
or in-person, providing excellent customer service and
directing inquiries to the appropriate department or
personnel. Assist with resolving customer complaints or
issues in a timely and professional manner - Office Management: Help maintain a clean, organized,
and efficient office environment. This may involve ordering
office supplies, coordinating meetings, managing
schedules, and ensuring office equipment is in working
order - Communication: Assist with internal and external
communication efforts, including drafting emails, memos,
and other correspondence. Help distribute company
announcements and ensure information is communicated
effectively to relevant stakeholders - Project Support: Provide support to various projects and
initiatives as needed, including conducting research,
compiling data, and preparing reports or presentations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project
deadlines are met and objectives are achieved - Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues
across different departments to support their
administrative needs and contribute to the overall success
of the organization. This may involve assisting with special
projects, coordinating team events, and fostering a positive
work environment
The training you will be getting
Business Administration (Standard) – Level 3
This apprenticeship will be completed by working 4 days per week onsite with the employer, learning the job role and gaining valuable work experience, and then 1 day per week completing college work remotely.
English and maths Functional Skills may be completed alongside the apprenticeship if necessary, however, passing this will be mandatory to receive the apprenticeship qualification.
