Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Wallingford
Salary: £35,000-£40,000.00 per Annum
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00
37.5 hours per week

As the next Team Leader your day will consist of:
60% Leadership, 40% Hands-on
Overseeing all aspects of the finishing process
Working within the Composites Department on mould tool preparations
Managing and motivating the Team
Monitoring efficient use of materials and procurement
Setting KPIs and team goals
Working with management to highlight areas for improvement and progression
Using Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience and skills required for the Team Leader Role:
Manufacturing background
Knowledge of working with composites
Experience in leading a team
Self-motivated
Problem solver
Good communicator
