Finance Manager (24 months - FTC)

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and execute various accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end management accounting process.
- Lead and manage a finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven working environment.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Monitor and evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes to inform financial strategies.
Required
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager role within a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
