Learning Support Assistant
1:1 / Year 3
Temporary contract - 32.5 hours a week, 39 weeks including 5 INSET days
Salary: Kite Academy Pay scale, Band 1 – £20,000 - £24,331 FTE (£15,393- £18,727 pro rata) depending on experience

We are looking for a fantastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team
You will be supporting a child with an EHCP, for this, you will need patience, resourcefulness and have high expectations of learning and behaviour. You should also be enthusiastic and have good communication skills, with a genuine passion for children and what motivates them. Previous experience of supporting children with additional needs is a preferred but is not essential.
