Due to ongoing expansion and company growth my client, a leading service business are looking to recruit a Qualified Financial Controller.
Reporting to the Finance director you will be responsibile for :
- Report to senior stake holders within the business and ensure high standards of finance reporting are upheld
- Manage and support the finance team within the business
- Analyse the company's financial performance and provide solutions to improve any financial and operational weaknesses
- Implement and report on KPIs in order to measure operational performance
- Ensure all finance records are maintained
- Analyse and forecast cash flow on a daily basis
To be considered you must be able to demonsrtate :
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (although QBE may be considered)
- Confident reporting to senior stake holders and non-financial members of the team
