Bridges Estate Agents, a leading agency in the market, is seeking a reliable and personable Viewing Assistant to join our dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic team. As a viewing assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and assisting potential buyers during property viewings on Saturdays.

Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will contribute to ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the property industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing various properties to potential buyers.
• Greet clients warmly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer potential buyers’ queries, providing accurate information about our properties, including features, amenities, and nearby facilities.
• Collect feedback from potential buyers and communicate it to the appropriate team members to deliver to our vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
• Assist with any other administrative tasks as required by the branch.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the local areas covered by Bridges Estate Agents.
• Flexibility to work every Saturday.
• A professional and presentable appearance.
• Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• A full UK driving license.
