Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Birmingham

Contract: Supply, Part-time

We are currently looking for a Cover Supervisor to help cover classes in schools across North Birmingham. This school is based in Birmingham. The main duty would be to deliver lesson plans that have been set by teachers to the students in the class, whilst maintaining the school's policies, especially regarding safeguarding and behaviour. Knowledge and experience in the UK National Curriculum is a must!

Additional Roles and Responsibilities of you as the Cover Supervisor would be to:

* Assist students in their learning, answering questions about the material, so being flexible in supporting various subjects is essential.
* Report progress of the students.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit each individual learning needs of the students, whilst accommodating diverse learning needs.
* Build relationships with students through excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

* DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one.
* A Bachelors degree
* Experience of teaching based on the National Curriculum is essential
