Food & Beverage Supervisor
Location: Wrest Park, Bedfordshire, MK45 4HR
Salary: £23,996 per annum / annualized hours 36 hours per week

Would you like to use your passion for delivering high quality visitor experiences and be at the heart of telling English Heritage's story? If so, then join our Catering team at Wrest Park and play your part in helping visitors experience more of England's past and preserve it for generations to come. This is a unique opportunity for you to work at Wrest Park.

You will contribute to an inspirational visit to Wrest Park through exceptional Food and Beverage activities. Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the Food and Beverage outlet, ensuring that EH Food and Beverage standards are achieved and maintained, both in the front and back of house, and that all legal requirements are met. You will support the Food and Beverage team to ensure an outstanding eating experience is provided for all our visitors, whilst optimising opportunities to generate income. As part of the site supervisory team, you will contribute to overall commercial targets, supporting site operations and managing relationships with other teams on site through effective communication and cross-working, and deputising for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence.
