Injection Moulding Technician – Job Summary:

We’re supporting our client, a leading Injection Moulding Specialist based in Dudley, who are looking for an Injection Moulding Technician to join their growing team. The successful Injection Moulding Technician will have experience of Injection Moulding processes, tool trials and production runs.

Job Start date:            ASAP

Shift pattern: 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Loading Tooling (T/C) and Material Driers (M/C) for production runs.
• Process to ‘Pass Off Standard’
• Sign Off the First Off and commence production.
• Ensure quality paperwork is maintained in accordance with ISO9000:2015.
• Oversee production and Quality of ongoing product to conform throughout the run with the ‘First Off’
• Operator training, policing and scrap level monitoring across all production whilst on shift.
• Tool maintenance.
• Press maintenance
• Stock monitoring.
• H&S and shop floor house-keeping.
• Forklift driving – offload inbound deliveries, load outbound deliveries.
• Maintaining consistency of warehouse organisation.
• Trial of New Tools and reporting of findings.

About You:

Looking for Team Players that work together to get done what is necessary to get production out of the door on time, on quality in the most efficient possible way.
