Fully Qualified Teacher
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Salary: £130.00 - £150.00 Per day
Start date: After Easter Half term

We at GSL Education are seeking to hire a fully qualified teacher to work in a few Lincolnshire primary schools. Are you aspirational, driven, and enthusiastic about teaching and learning? You might fit this position!
Your role will involve inspiring children and using creative tools to support their growth. You'll help children learn and develop while giving them a secure environment. Your goal as an early childhood educator is to develop children's abilities, knowledge, and social skills. In this function, children's safety is equally crucial. Teachers of young children may collaborate closely with social workers to safeguard children. Being an early childhood educator is a true calling because every child is impacted by the job.
Responsibilities: - Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.
- Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils.
- Plan and teach well structures lessons.
- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils.
Requirements: - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Must have previous experience in teaching EYFS.
- Must hold the right to work in the UK.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
- Have good knowledge about Primary National Curriculam
- Be able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references.
