Job Title: Auditor

Location: Lancaster

Salary: £50,000+

We are currently seeking an experienced Auditor to join our team in Lancaster. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of working with small to medium-sized audit clients and have a strong understanding of audit principles and practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting audits of financial statements in accordance with audit standards

- Reviewing and analyzing financial data and preparing audit reports

- Providing recommendations for improving financial processes and controls

- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and explain audit findings

- Collaborating with team members to ensure the successful completion of audits

- Traveling to client sites as necessary to conduct audits

Requirements:

- ACA, ACCA, or QBE qualified

- Non-studier with experience working in a similar firm with small to medium audit clients

- Proficient in driving with a valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
