Senior Administrator
Salary: £25k to £28K (Dependent upon experience)
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full- time
Location: Southampton office based, with occasional working in our Dorset office. There could be the need to travel to our other regions on a rare occasion for events. (PBS4 operated in Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Somerset)

About the role:
Your responsibility as Senior Administrator is to support in the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, organising people, information, and other resources. You will support the Office Manager and ensure the Senior Leadership Team and Operational teams are facilitated from an administrative focus, whether that be supporting with data for audits and reports, to organising meeting rooms and ensuring the office is maintained. This could include Health & Safety audits, fire safety checks, ordering and stock monitoring.
You will ensure that office equipment is maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity, ensuring relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively. You will review processes and ways of working to promote efficiencies, automation, and effective internal communication.

Our CEO Jonathan Beebee is a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and qualified Behaviour Analyst. We are a medium-sized organisation supporting 40 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire Somerset, and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of around 250.
