Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Camberley, Guildford , Woking, Godalming

Are you passionate about education and supporting young learners? An exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant teams at various schools across Surrey
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
- Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
- Supervise students during break times and off-site activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school community.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and development opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
