Future Prospects Group are proud to be working with an established and independent business to recruit an Commercial Manager on a full time, permanent basis. This role will play a vital part in developing, building and helping grow the business which sits within the Financial Services sector. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Commercial Manager will provide momentum to relationships, growth plans and assist with process implementation.

The Role

The role of the Commercial Manager will include the following key duties:

• Build successful working relationships with external contacts such as mortgage broker’s, customers, accountants and solicitors as well as internal teams such as sales and marketing.
• Work closely with intermediaries when routing new business opportunities, ensuring our clients receive best advice.
• To embrace the principles of treating customers fairly, consumer duty and responsible lending in all decision making.
• Feedback key market intelligence including knowledge of competitor activities.
• Maintain and build relationships with non-panel intermediaries and industry professionals to identify sources of new business.
• Working with a Marketing Assistant to identify marketing ideas and opportunities.
• Technical work including management of the automated dialler and loading lead campaigns.
• Looking for further growth opportunities with Brokers.
