Technique Recruitment Solutions are proud to be representing one of our clients based in King s Lynn seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

As an Electrical Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for a variety of food processing machines. You will work closely with our team of engineers and designers to create solutions that are both efficient and effective

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems for food processing machines
• Write and maintain electrical schematics and PLC programs
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical control systems
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical control systems
• Prepare and maintain documentation for electrical control systems
• Stay up–to–date on the latest electrical control technologies

Desired Skills and Experience

• A minimum of HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in PLC Programming with Siemens or Schneider would be an advantage
• Experience in the design and development of electrical control systems
• Experience with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles and practices
• Excellent problem–solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
