Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager in propelling the retail team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Foster the development and training of the team in alignment with core brand values.
- Uphold high visual standards and ensure excellent housekeeping at all times.
- Work closely with the store manager to realize desired outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Ability to motivate and lead a retail team effectively.
- Commercial acumen and a determined approach to achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Desirable: Passion for fragrance and beauty.
A basic salary of up to £31,000, quarterly bonuses, and 25 days of holiday entitlement. There is plenty of scope to grow with this company.
