Job description
We are seeking front of house staff to undertake daily activities, such as waiting tables, serving beverages and managing customers. As a Front if house staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing the restaurant for service, setting tables, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
- The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a positive manner
- Reliable and good time keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
