As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Technology. This role marks a significant milestone for our business as we establish a dedicated position to oversee technology-related functions for the first time.

Position Overview:
The Head of Technology will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our technology strategy, focusing on four key areas: relationship management with the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Creative Services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Document Management. Additionally, this role will involve leading our AI Working Group, driving innovation and efficiency through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management with the MSP:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with our Managed Service Provider to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee service level agreements, vendor performance, and contract negotiations to optimize value and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

• Creative Services:

  • Lead the development and execution of technology-driven creative solutions to enhance our marketing and branding efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative digital experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design processes and tools to deliver impactful results.

• CRM and Document Management:

  • Spearhead the implementation and management of our Customer Relationship Management system to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Establish robust document management processes to ensure the security, accessibility, and integrity of critical business documents.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for data management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• AI Working Group:

  • Chair the AI Working Group, comprising key stakeholders from across the organization, to identify opportunities for leveraging artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Drive the development and adoption of AI solutions to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within the financial services or private equity industry.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as IT infrastructure, software development, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve in technology trends and developments.
