Job Introduction

What you’ll do :
- Carry out Administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support
- Complete filing, shredding and photocopying as required
- Adhere to all Administration in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety and Food Safety
- All required paperwork to be completed correctly, legibly and in a timely manner with due consideration given to confidentiality of input and outputs.
- Attend training sessions appertaining to the post.
- Undertake any reasonable requests made by management to ensure that the overall service standard is maintained.
- Ensure confidentially and timelines are adhered to
What you bring :
- Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Be self-motivated
- Have excellent IT skills
- Possess good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Have in depth understanding of customer care
- Well-organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
