Job description



This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of the RAN Programmes and Portfolios. The role will provide support ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in governance across the programme but also be proactive in looking for efficiencies and ways to improve existing processes and will work cross-functionally across the portfolio and with multiple stakeholders at all levels in the business.

Qualifications


• An experienced Programme coordinator or PMO Analyst within a fast-paced working environment.
• Experience with working within a large programme portfolio, and management of complex financial governance models.
• Experience in partner management governance
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated experience in Project, Programme and financial governance structure and processes. 
• Proficient in MSOffice, Sharepoint (PowerBI and Advanced Excel is desirable) 
• Experienced in driving and designing process improvements and implementing to multiple teams.
• Displays excellent relationship, influencing and communication skills: tenacious, flexible, passionate, resilient and results driven with a persuasive personality.
• Experience with communicating at director level and above – reporting to a high standard, running and facilitating meetings and initiatives and delegating for senior members of the team when required.

Job Description



• Key central governance support for RAN Programme Managers – act as main point of contact for Governance within the programme and support on varied activities including internal governance, comms and special initiatives
• Governance lead with identified key supplier(s), including facilitation of quarterly planning, work package acceptance governance, query resolution, meeting facilitation, delivery tracking, artefacts management and ownership of trackers.
• Supporting Programme Managers with monthly finance alignments, driving compliance in data accuracy, PCM alignment, TowerCo Passthrough reforecasting.
• Supporting the Programme Managers on Project/Programme governance, including Investment boards, Risks/Issues, Delivery Review boards.
• Working collaboratively with the Programme specialist team in RAN, ensuring that governance activities are aligned and in line with SLA’s and deadlines
• Management of BAU Performance projects, overseeing budgets, reforecasting and working with Project Managers in a Junior PM capacity on identified central projects.
• Support and drive the governance/financial closure of launched projects within the programmes
• Supporting the implementation and use of project management tools (Project online, PCM, Dart) and drive accuracy of data and reporting across the portfolio.
• Drive best in class governance and reporting: responsible for regular reporting up to senior management level and managing and facilitating boards and governance activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve governance Processes/procedures, systems/documents, electronic filing systems, databases, team and SharePoint sites. 

Qualifications



• Understands the rapidly changing daily priorities and be able to flex and ensure the right messages are given to management so decisions can be made.
• Will demonstrate ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects of work within the programme.
• Will have experience of working directly with partners to successfully deliver outcomes and will demonstrate an awareness of partner contracts.
• Experience of working with and influencing various levels of management, building relationships and influence across teams and a wider community of other leaders and managers both internal/external. A clear communicator.
• Proven ability to be pro-active in achieving best in class governance: working self-sufficiently and driving peers to support large scale programmes and teams
• Has a high level, broad end to end understanding of our business and its operational performance and be able to demonstrate knowledge of working in a Technology Telecoms environment
• Can demonstrate the ability to gather, analyse and present information in business terms for management and leadership consumption. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment that shows flexibility, resiliency, self-awareness with an ability to support large teams

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
