Job Opportunity: Clinical Deputy Manager

I am currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a fantastic, well established nursing home in St Leonards on Sea!

Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Requirements:
Active PIN (NMC registration)
Extensive nursing home experience
In-depth knowledge of dementia care

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the clinical aspects of the nursing home. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing strong leadership to the nursing team
Ensuring high-quality care is delivered in accordance with regulatory standards
Utilising your expertise in dementia care to enhance the well-being of residents

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with an active PIN
Proven experience in a nursing home setting
Specialized knowledge in dementia care
Strong communication and leadership skills
