Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Back Office/Operational Manager to oversee our administrative and financial operations. This role will initially start off as part time, but has the opportunity to grow into a full time executive role in short time period, with training provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of tasks including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with HR and financial policies. The role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in financial reporting and great people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new employees.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies

Financial Management and Reporting:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely execution and accurate processing.
- Regularly monitor financial performance against forecasted budgets, identify variances, and analyze reasons behind them.
- Provide high-quality, accurate, and on-time Cashflow and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial and company record-keeping standards.
- Provide monthly updates on Cashflow and P&L to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Manager, Financial Manager, Operational Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Financial, Operations and HR regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
