Established in 2021, AllPoints Fibre has grown from regional roots in Jurassic Fibre, Giganet and Swish Fibre, to establish a national wholesale network.

To help us achieve this mission we need a Wayleave Coordinator  to take us on this journey.

What you will be doing:

• Manage incoming emails and categorise to the Wayleave Officers
• Answer and field telephone calls to the relevant Wayleave Officers and take messages
• Assist in the preparation of Wayleave Agreements
• Adding Wayleave Agreements to Docmail to send out to customers
• Monitor inbox and assist with filing of Wayleave Officers enquiries that are complete
• General Office duties for filing Wayleave agreements.
• Attend weekly meeting and minute actions for the Wayleave Manager
• Other Adhoc duties as role evolves and as required

About you:

As the Wayleave Coordinator you will be well organised, efficient and proactive in your approach. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy implementing and evolving processes. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and eager for a challenge.
