What’s on offer?
- Broad civil litigation caseload
- Join a medium sized high street practice
- Join the established team with plenty of work
- Hybrid working to include 1 day/week remote working if required
- 25 days holiday
What will you do?
- Manage a civil litigation caseload to include contentious probate, personal injury, property litigation, professional negligence
- There will also be the opportunity to advise on professional negligence and partnership disputes (including farming partnerships)
- Potentially some employment work also – but this can be handled by another fee earner if needed
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
- Civil litigation experience
- Ideally at least 3 years’ PQE
- Any employment experience would be an advantage
