Job description

Our client seeks a Senior Client Administrator to join their team Client Services Team. Key Responsibilities:Managing Client Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and completing the relevant administration.Coordinating Client Communication: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate all communication between all parties. This includes email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings.Developing and Implementing Client Strategies: You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and objectives.Providing Technical Support: You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on the use of the company's products or services.Training: You may be responsible for training and assisting with the development of junior members of staff. Key Skills and Qualifications: 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above Part or qualified STEP or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years in a TCSP administration environment in managing a client portfolio management.Microsoft Office - CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche would be an advantage but not essential.Attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Organisational skills.Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.Proactive.Problem solver.Team player.Enthusiastic.A desire to progress your career If you have the required skills please apply online at searchandselect.com quoting reference number: 14432
