Overview
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000
A well established company are recruiting for a new reservations agent to join there team. Based in South West London working alongside the sales team you would be responsible for handling, converting closing enquiries within a specified time frame.
Hours: 37.5 per week (on a varying shift pattern)

- Customer service focused and an enthusiasm to exceed
- Consultative and empathetic approach to client’s needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Usage of proper grammar and punctuation in written work
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
