Role:
The firm is seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload with a focus on high-quality service. The successful candidate will handle matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangement orders, and cohabitation agreements. This role requires a meticulous approach to case management, from initial consultation to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of client care.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in Family Law
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Proven track record of achieving favourable outcomes for clients
