Are you a M&E Senior Planner thinking about an exciting fresh start with the opportunity to join one of the largest leading Tier 1 Main Contractors?

Due to several new contract awards, there is a special opening for an experienced M&E Senior Planner to join a highly regarded Tier 1 contractor. Focusing on a high profile, technically complex M&E project. You will be working within a close-knit team responsible for all planning aspects of the M&E installations using Astapower.

As an experienced Planner you will be working with the Construction Director and other members of the project team to effectively control all pre-construction activities in line with the specific development requirements, company policies and procedures.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• To ensure a delivery strategy is put in place and presented for each new development as it goes through the pre-construction process.
• To review and update programmes/progress and relevant documents through the project life cycle.
• Carry out regular reporting on projects to allow the site team to understand the programme position in relation to progress.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5 years experience of pre-construction and construction planning in the mechanical & electrical sector.
• Excellent knowledge of building construction and sequence.
• A good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policy.
• Professional communication style.
• Excellent attention to detail, good administration skills and well organised to meet deadlines and timescales of projects.
• Experience with Asta software.
