Salary: £350 - £400 per shift, CIS
Demolition Contracts Manager, Civils contractor strong Demolition history. Experience in projects to £4m ideally in the UK. CCDO. £350-400 CIS. Ideally with hands on practical experience. Will consider all levels if you have relevant experience in demolition, groundworks or RC. Additional requirement for a growing Civils contractor with a strong Demolition history. Able to handle projects from £20k to £4m dealing with all parties. Covering sites within a 75 miles radius of Luton.
Contracts Manager, Demolition. New position for an extremely successful contractor with many years experience on the civil, structural and demolition projects. The role may suit a Project Engineer who is ready for the next career move and has worked on substantial projects.
The Contractor is able to offer leading and innovative solutions to complex demolition and deconstruction schemes. Working on many high profile and notable landmark projects over the years.
Location.
The work is mainly in and around London and the south-east, so you will be expected to be able to demonstrate skills in dealing with this market. You should live within 1 hours travel of Luton to access your work areas. You would be covering multiple sites with 1-2 days per week in the office.
Demolition Contracts Manager
Duties will include:
Managing projects from the Pre Construction phase through to contract completion
Responsibility for Safety, Health and Environmental issues
Responsibility for Project Team management and delegation.
Contractual administration, program delivery, financial control, resource and task scheduling, sub-contractor governance and daily on-site project management reviews.
Qualifications. IDE membership ideal, with Demolition CSCS card. Ideally coming from a heavy Civil Engineering background with a Civil Engineering Degree, though your experience in Demolition would be more relevant; at least 4-6 years recent UK experience would be expected. You will be expected to have relevant Demolition qualifications, good IT literacy and a strong commitment to Health and Safety and be able to demonstrate your recent successful projects.
Remuneration £350 - £400 CIS, negotiable, on a contract basis. This role is fundamental to the continued development and growth of the company. Current driving licence is essential.
