Do you thrive under pressure and have a knack for organization? Are you passionate about education and ensuring a smooth sailing exam experience for students? If so, then step into the spotlight as the new permanent Exams Officer at my client, in Suffolk.
In this crucial role, you’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating all aspects of our internal and external exams. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and teachers to coordinate entries, timetabling, invigilator deployment, and information dissemination, ensuring everything runs like clockwork!
But this isn’t just about logistics – it’s about impact. You’ll play a vital role in supporting students and empowering them to achieve their full potential during exam season.
Your Duties :
- Be the point person for all exam-related matters:Manage entries, timetables, invigilators, and ensure adherence to JCQ guidelines and school policies.
- Become a data whiz: Analysis of exam data to identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement in our exam systems.
- Embrace technology: Master ARBOR and utilize your IT skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively: Work hand-in-hand with teachers, leadership, and students to foster a supportive and transparent exam environment.
- Make a difference: Contribute to our mission of “Learning, Respecting, and Caring” by ensuring a positive and successful exam experience for all.

- Has experience managing exams in a school or college setting.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
