Role: Learning Coach
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; term time only (39 weeks per year)
Salary: £23,400 per annum - £25,400 per annum Full Time Equivalent dependent upon experience, (pro rata salary £20,191.50 per annum - £21,917.27 per annum for term time only)
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP or April 2024
Glenmoor and Winton Academies are looking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and effective SENDCo team and specify in a particular area of additional needs.

The successful candidate will ideally have a knowledge and understanding of:
• Barriers to students’ learning
• Targeted small group and 1:1 programmes
• How children learn and how to engage with them
