Skills: Job Duties:

The SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with special educational needs students to support their learning and development. Duties include assisting the class teacher, providing one-to-one support, helping with classroom management, and adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.

Required Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required, but experience working with children or in a similar role is desirable.

Education:

No specific educational requirements

Experience:

Previous experience working with children or in a support role is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills: Preferred Qualifications:

Any relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs are beneficial but not essential

Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a classroom setting with special educational needs students. The working hours are full-time, and the position is temporary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
