Part-time or Job Share + Term-time + Local Authority Pension We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, well-organised, calm and reassuring individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our student services team in the main office.
You will provide a high quality, first line response to queries from students and also from parents via email, phone and face to face. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and be flexible in their approach to working with people, always seeking supportive resolutions.
Your opportunity
Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an impressive individual to join their professional, hard-working, and extremely capable team in the School Office. The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and has efficient and effective administrative skills. Duties will be varied, including looking after the student’s needs, supporting colleagues and providing a professional and friendly point of call to all parents and visitors to our school. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role, ideally at a secondary school, and should have excellent communication and organisational skills. It is important that you have a warm, caring and professional manner at all times, as you will be dealing face to face with students, parents and carers on a daily basis.Please review the Job Description and Person Specification found within the attached Recruitment Pack.

Start Date: ASAPSalary: £20,809 - £23,582 FTEPro-rata Salary: £16,907 - £19,160Hours of work: 34 hours per week over 39 weeks of the yearWoking Pattern: 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 08:30-4:30pm Wednesday.Closing date for applications: Monday 18 March, 9amInterviews: TBC
