Job Description
- Plan and execute graduation events in line with organisational goals.
- Manage all event logistics, catering, and guest and stakeholder management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events effectively.
- Ensure all events adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Report on the success and outcomes of each event.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations.
- Develop creative ideas to enhance the impact and reach of events.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Events Manager should have:
- Experience in managing graduation events.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A creative approach to problem-solving.
