HR Digital Consultant – 39421 – £35.09/hr umbrella rate

As a HR Digital Consultant, you will focus on managing HR data and enabling the effective delivery of HR processes and services by innovating existing and new technology. This involves working closely with HR process teams and IT teams. You will also act as the functional expert in HR systems (primarily SAP HR, Concur and SuccessFactors).

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Collaborate with HR process and IT experts to maintain and improve HR systems in line with evolving business needs
• Be the business data solution lead for required changes to SAP HR to support new or changes to business processes
• Ensure robust data design and use along with a clear definition of business system requirements
• Work closely with HR Direct process teams to provide key end-user support and identify opportunities for HR System enhancements.

• A methodical detailed approach to work context
• Experience in building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Experience working on business transformation and technology implementation programmes.

  • Experience of designing SAP roles
  • Knowledge of SAP & SuccessFactors
