JOB TITLE: External Cleaning Operative

  LOCATION: Xsite Braehead, Renfrewshire

  REPORTING TO: Site team leader

PAY RATE: £10.51 PER HOUR

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 over 7 day week, 37.5hr per week

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

  Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire site at the standards set out using appropriate equipment (both powered and manual) including jet washing, landscaping, road sweeping, litter picking, sweeping, bin cleanliness
• Always adhere to Health and Safety procedures and report any breaches to your Line Manager.
• Rotate stock and alert your Line Manager to low levels.
• Complete site - specific training and learning relevant to your role. - Carry out deep cleaning and specialised detailed cleaning tasks.

 

Person Specification:

• Driving license essential
• Verbal and written English is essential due to the nature of the business
• Flexible and adaptable
• Good team player
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience with cleaning machinery and chemicals preferred, although not essential
