Job title: Real Estate Senior Associate, Kent

Salary: £65,000-£87,000

PQE Level: 8+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is an award winning national full service law firm with an outstanding reputation for commercial property. As a solicitor in this legal 500 rated commercial property department you will be advising a variety of clients across Kent and the South East. Work includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning and construction.

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor with at least 8 years of qualified experience in commercial property work. Experience of acquisition & disposals, commercial leases, ancillary documents and secured leading is preferred.
