Role Overview: Role: EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: Preston Sector: Mainstream Primary School Start Date: 8th January Contract: Full-time until end of academic year 2024, with the possibility to resume in September 2024 We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with: Experience: Proficiency in EYFS and KS1. Qualities: Good curriculum knowledge, creative, innovative thinking. Approach: Strong, sanguine behaviour management style. Focus: Building positive relationships with children, fostering a safe and confident learning environment. School Highlights: Setting: Ofsted rated 'Good' School in Preston. Environment: Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Expectations: High-quality provision to ensure optimal outcomes for children. The successful applicant will: Experience: Hold a Teaching Assistant Level 2+. Education: A degree or relevant A-levels (preferred but not essential). Phonics: Good knowledge. Eligibility: Right to work in the UK. Checks: Enhanced DBS on the online update service or willingness to process a new one (£45 cost).
