Sous Chef - £31,200 - Richmond - Work/Life balance

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to gain a work life balance and take the next step in their career at this prestigious education site in Richmond. There is a free shuttle bus from Richmond station.

This is a 46 week a year permanent role requiring you to work a 5/7-day week with no split shifts. There are a mix of shifts - 6am-2.30pm or 8am - 4.30pm or 10am - 6.30pm or 11am - 7.30pm. There is also paid overtime available for events.

You will have a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients to a high standard with a good knowledge of nutrition and allergens essential.

The ideal candidate will take pride in what they do! Experience in contract catering would be advantageous.

You will be reporting in to the Head Chef and be in a senior position working alongside the Chef de Partie and Kitchen Porter.
