A new opportunity has arisen with one of our award-winning clients who are widely respected in the cooling ad heating industry. The client specialises in air conditioning and refrigeration. They are looking to add to the talented engineers already in place. A successful candidate will need previous experience in dealing with Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration.

Installation Engineer
Job Description

• Ability to install and commission air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in Customer premises and sites in a professional manner.
• Travel extensively throughout the geographical area covered by the Branch, visiting client sites to install and commission air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Liaising with the branch and the project manager to ensure that all equipment is installed to the customers specification at the highest possible quality and level of service.
• Carefully manage the van stock levels in compliance with company policy.
• Communicate with clients, managers and other stakeholders as required in relation to specific jobs.
• Ensuring the Company Van, tools, and equipment are looked after and maintained.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience of successfully managing a team, being able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to develop, coach, motivate and engage a team.
• A leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and offer clear and constructive feedback. A vision for the business and the wider team, the ability to adapt and be decisive in a rapid pace environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel within territory and throughout the UK as and when necessary.
• Refrigerant handling C&G2079 or equivalent (F-Gas 2079-11).
