Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?
If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex clinical care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you!
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a pre-teen boy who lives at home with his family in Bilston, he requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.
He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going on days out and watching Disney movies, his favourites are The Lion King and Toy Story. He also loves to explore in any form of messy play such as foam, slime, and painting.
Throughout the day you will be required to attend to his complex and clinical care needs, support with his personal care, moving & handling, regular monitoring and assisting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests.
It is essential that you have had hands on complex care experience including epilepsy management and administering rescue medication for this position
Please note that you must have had your COVID vaccinations for this position
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

We have the following shifts available;
We are looking for candidates who can support with alternative weekends
Take a look at our rates
Weekdays: £13.50 per hour ( £156 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Saturday: £14.50 per hour (£174 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Sunday: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £18.00 per hour (£216 approx. per 12 hour shift)
