ASSISTANT MANAGER/ SALES MANAGER – WOKING – BASIC, CIRCA £25K DOE, OTE UP TO £45K DOE

Are you at Assistant Manager level now, and would really like to step up in to a Sales Manager role? This role could be for you!

You will be working closely with the Director of the company and will be ready to jump in to cover him when needed, be it , conducting valuations/listings, running the team, sales progression etc.

This position will be working for an independent estate agency who are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager/ Sales Manager to work in their Woking branch. Skills:

• A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, and generating new business
• Valuing/Listing
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Self motivated
• Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
• Experience of running a team
• Maintain frequent and regular contact with clients and customers
• At least 3 years residential sales experience
