Junior Office Assistant

An exciting new role has arisen for a switched-on, motivated Office Assistant to join an investment firm based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a first or second jobber to kick start their career, supporting a wonderful group of individuals!

What you will do:

• Management of office supplies and stock replenishments
• Maintain tidiness of office, kitchen and meeting rooms
• Answer all phone calls in a friendly manner
• Meet and greet visitors
• Manage printer
• Schedule meeting rooms
• Health & safety support
• Provide refreshments and carry out weekly food shops
• Assist the EA

Who you are:

• First or second jobber
• Extremely organised
• Great communication skills both verbally and written
• MS Office skills
• High attention to detail
• Similar experience/ transferrable skills

This is a full time permanent role, 5 days in the office.
