Senior Probate Lawyer
Chesterfield
Salary: £40,000 -£70,000
About the firm and Role:
Our client, a leading Yorkshire and Derbyshire law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Probate Fee earner/Solicitor to join their team in Chesterfield. The department is well-established and has a successful reputation for the advice that it delivers to its clients. It also offers an extremely supportive working environment with strong teamwork being evident within the department.
The Role
This role will see you working on a broad range of private client matters specialising in probate, court of protection and IHT matters although wills and LPA's will also form a smaller part of your caseload.
This role will suit someone looking to build lasting client relationships and take an active role in business development activities. This role can offer excellent progression and development opportunities as well as additional support in the forms of further qualifications if preferred i.e STEP
About You:
* 3+ years experience working in a probate focused role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent client care skills
* Ideally a proven history of overseeing junior members of the team
