We are seeking our first Chief Operating Officer, an exciting role for an outstanding leader who will be at the heart of the next phase of our ambitious growth.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional individual, passionate about women’s economic justice, who works at pace and has a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude that is both ambitious and entrepreneurial. They will provide high-quality internal operational support and development, covering Finance, People, Operations, Technology, Risk and Governance, ensuring the right culture and processes are in place as we scale up.
