Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to collaborate with a distinguished organisation in East Grinstead who are currently in search of an experience Senior Group Revenue Pricing and Systems Manager to join their team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Senior Group Revenue Pricing and Systems Manager will play a crucial role in effective pricing and revenue management for a UK site network and related products, with the goal of achieving annual budgeted revenue targets.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities of the Senior Group Revenue Pricing and Systems Manager:
- Pricing up the UK site network and all associated products. Ensuring prices are competitive and deliver required gross margins
- Employing all revenue management tools and tactics to proactively revenue manage UK sites to deliver the budgeted revenue. This includes optimising yield, introducing effective price promotions, applying appropriate inventory fences and influencing marketing activities
- Planning, executing and measuring the performance of price promotions in order to optimise site utilisation and revenue, whilst improving customer satisfaction and competitiveness
- Lead and manage the Pricing & Revenue Management team (currently 2 x direct reports), and the Commercial Analysis team (Currently 1x dotted line report)
- Developing the Pricing and Revenue Management strategies in conjunction with team customers, the Head of Commercial, and the Company's Revenue Management System (SaaS) providers/consultants
- Own and develop the Revenue Management System (SaaS) product and the relationship with the external RMS provider as well as the promotional functionality within the PMS
- Provide, scope, build and deliver appropriate performance reports from BI and Revenue Management systems in order to revenue manage Company's sites to deliver the required revenue budget
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver responsibilities most effectively. Including holding trading planning discussions with finance, operations, and marketing in order to influence activities and improve revenue outcomes
- Support the Commercial Accommodation team in estimating pricing of new site acquisition opportunities
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely revenue and occupancy performance forecasts and reports to the organisation (written, numerical and presentable formats)
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Multiple years of Senior Revenue/Yield Management experience in the travel sector
- Expertise in Revenue Management best practices, SaaS systems, and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, or Business Object) and Microsoft Excel
- Pricing experience within the travel industry with strong knowledge of financial KPIs and profit drivers
- Understanding of effective use and application of promotions and their reporting
- Excellent managerial, analytical, and reporting abilities
- Process–driven with strong organisational skills and intellectual integrity
- Results–driven with good time management, planning, and presentation skills
The ideal candidate will be self–motivated, proactive, able to work under pressure, and comfortable in a fast–paced environment. They should demonstrate confidence, commitment, and enthusiasm, with a willingness to travel as required and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Technical Experience:
- Expert level Excel skills
- Proficient in Revenue Management Systems (SaaS) and BI reporting tools
- Experienced with Microsoft Office/Google suite applications
- Knowledge of marketing, finance, accounting, valuation, and metrics development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Economics
