Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Progressor. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Ilkley . You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 39.25, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am till 4pm . The salary ranges from £25,000 - £30,000 OTE.

Let's talk about the role. It involves

1) We are in search of an individual who will take charge of promptly addressing all inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or online, in order to achieve sales goals proactively.

2) The primary focus of this role will be expediting the transition from sales agreement to completion efficiently and with agility.

3) Collaboration with solicitors, buyers, and vendors will be integral to facilitating a seamless process.

4) When required, adept negotiation skills will be utilized to ensure successful completion of sales transactions.

5)Regular communication with both buyers and sellers will be maintained to provide ongoing updates on the progress of their transactions.
